What is your cancellation policy?
If a cancellation is made by the tour participant more than 7 days prior to the selected tour date a full refund will be available to the tour participant.If a cancellation is made by the tour participant between 24 hours and 7 days prior to the selected tour date a 50% refund will be offered, or the ticket can be transferred over to another tour on a different date.
If a cancellation is made by the tour participant within 24 hours of the selected tour date there will be no refund or change of tour date offered.
You can reschedule the date or time of your experience within 24 hours of booking and up to 72 hours before the experience is scheduled to start. If you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience.
Do you run in wet weather?
We do run in all weather. We can escape the rain in most spots and give our guests shelter. Bring a rain jacket or umbrella though!Is this a historic tour?
We do not promote our tours as a historic tour but we definitely will cover a lot of history.What languages are the tours offered in?
Currently all tours are offered in English.Do I need to bring a printed copy of my ticket?
No, save the paper and don't print your ticket. The digital version on your phone is fine.I’m a Launceston local, will I enjoy the tour?
Yes! We love to host Launceston locals, especially when we have a mix of tourists too so we can share stories. Most of our guests learn something new about their home town.Do I need to book?
Yes, we do require you book in advance. This can be easily done on via 'Book Now' and use the calendar to check availability. Booking will also ensure you receive our list of recommendations straight to your inbox after the tour.Can I book a tour within 2 hours of the start time?
Yes, you can! However, bookings within 2 hours of a tour’s start time are not available online. To secure your spot, please give us a call at 0458 527 480.
What if no one answers when I call?
If we’re unable to answer immediately, please leave a message with your name and phone number. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible to confirm your booking.
Do you do run private tours?
Yes, we can offer private tours to all kinds of groups. We aim to be very competitive with our prices but it does depend on the size and length of the tour. We can offer tours for families, school groups, tour groups, corporate and families.Can I take photos during the tour?
Absolutely! We encourage you to capture all the memorable moments along the way. Feel free to snap away and share your experience!Is there a guide on the tours?

Is the tour wheelchair, pram and mobility scooter friendly?
Our tour is certainly is! We use only council footpaths and crossings through-out the tour. If you do require further assistance, please reach out to us in advance through the contact us page so we can accommodate.Do you offer companion card discounts?

The Heart of Launceston tour covers approximately 1.5 km, featuring numerous stops along the way where you can sit or lean. It’s designed to be suitable for all fitness levels, ensuring everyone can enjoy the experience!Can I bring my dog on the tour?
While we love furry friends, our tours are designed for human guests only. However, service animals are always welcome!What happens if it rains?
Don’t let a little rain dampen your spirits! Our tours go ahead in most weather conditions, but if it’s particularly severe, we’ll be sure to keep you informed about any changes.Are snacks or refreshments provided?

We ask that all guests take responsibility for their behavior. We want everyone to enjoy the experience, so please keep it fun and respectful—uncontrollable and disruptive behavior won’t be tolerated.What happens if someone is deemed unruly or disruptive?
If a guest becomes unruly or disruptive, they may be asked to leave the tour. Unfortunately, this means they won’t be eligible for a refund, as we want to ensure a great time for everyone.Can I consume alcohol during the tour?
We love a good time, but any guest who consumes, or is suspected of consuming, alcohol in a non-licensed area may be asked to leave the tour. We appreciate your understanding!Do you have any recommendations regarding transportation after the Gin Masterclass?
We highly recommend not driving after our Gin Masterclass so you can fully enjoy the experience. While we can’t take responsibility for your ride home after the tour, we’re happy to help you find safe transportation options! -
